 REGISTER TODAYWe are quickly approaching our tryouts next weekend. We appreciate your patience in the release of our schedule. We have close to 400 athletes registered and had to expand at the 15U and 16U level to accommodate everyone. The schedule is as follows:
Saturday, December 9th - CMU (500 Shaftesbury Blvd)
9:00 AM - 11:00 AM - 13U
11:00 AM - 1:00 PM - 14U
1:00 PM - 3:00 PM - 15U Group 1 (Last Names A-L)
3:00 PM - 5:00 PM - 15U Group 2 (Last Names M-Z)
5:00 PM - 7:00 PM - 16U Group 1 (Last Names A-N)
7:00 PM - 9:00 PM - 16U Group 2 (Last Names O-Z)
Sunday, December 10th - CMU (500 Shaftesbury Blvd)
8:00 AM - 9:30 AM - 13U
9:30 AM - 11:00 AM - 14U
11:00 AM - 12:30 PM - 15U Group 1 (Last Names A-L)*

Some important information regarding tryouts:
- Please arrive 30 minutes early for your first session for check-in. You will receive a number, have your photo taken and get your tryout shirt.
- There will be no spectators allowed at any tryouts.
- There are two tryout dates for each age. We recommend that athletes attend both days for proper evaluation. If you have a tryout conflict with another club, it is best to try and attend for both. We understand if you have to leave early, come late, etc.
- 13U - 16U selections will be emailed out on Monday, December 11th. Athletes will have to confirm acceptance by Tuesday, December 12th at 6 PM.
- 17U - 18U selections will be emailed out on Tuesday, December 12th. Athletes will have to confirm acceptance by Wednesday, December 13th at 12 PM.
- For those who are selected, there will be a mandatory information meeting for athletes and parents on Thursday, December 14th at Balmoral Hall. Specific times will be shared in your selection email.
- If you have not yet paid the $30 tryout fee, please send an e transfer payment to: brown@204volleyball.com *Any athletes who have not pre-paid will be charged $40.
- We will once again be collecting donations of non-perishable food items for the Christmas cheer board. If you would like to donate, we will have boxes at the check in desk on tryout weekend. We were able to help multiple families last year through the generosity of everyone who attended tryouts!

We are very excited to see everyone out next weekend. We realize this can potentially be a stressful situation for athletes but all we ask of you is to come out and give your best effort! Best of luck!
