TRYOUT TIMES FOR 2020/2021 SEASON ANNOUNCED

We are pleased to announce that we have confirmed our plan for return to play with the club. We will be running tryouts from March 9-11 and then will start with team practices on March 14. The schedule is as follows:
 
Tuesday, March 9
4:30 - 6:00 14U
6:00 - 7:15 16U
7:15 - 8:30 17U/18U
8:30 - 10:00 15U
 
Wednesday, March 10
4:30 - 6:00 17U/18U
6:00 - 7:15 15U
7:15 - 8:30 14U
8:30 - 10:00 16U
 
Thursday, March 11
4:30 - 6:00 16U
6:00 - 7:15 14U
7:15 - 8:30 15U
8:30 - 10:00 17U/18U
 
**ALL SESSIONS ARE AT SOUL SANCTUARY**​​
 
IMPORTANT TRYOUT INFO:
  1. Tryouts are only for players who are not pre signed to the club. If you have been pre signed, you will start with team practices on Sunday, March 14th. 
  2. Parents and spectators are NOT allowed in the building.
  3. Masks must be worn at all times by players and coaches.
  4. There will be no access to change rooms. Please come changed and put your shoes on once you are in the gym.
  5. Players must wait in their car until a coach lets you into the building through the front doors. At the end of the session, players will exit out the north side doors.

  7. Players must complete the declaration of compliance before EVERY tryout. Link to form: https://volleyballmanitoba.ca/wp-content/uploads/2020/06/COVID-19-Declaration-d1.pdf
    WE WILL NOT HAVE ANY EXTRA FORMS AT THE TRYOUTS. YOU MUST PRINT AND COMPLETE. FORMS CANNOT BE EMAILED. NO EXCEPTIONS. NO FORMS = NO TRYOUTS.
  8. There is a 30 person limit for each tryout. As it currently stands, all of our ages are under 30 athletes registered. If you registered in the fall, you do not need to register a second time. If you registered for tryouts and are no longer interested, please let us know ASAP. Due to planning with Covid protocol, there will be a registration deadline of 11:59 PM on Monday, March 8th.
  9. There will be a $30 tryout fee that must be paid via e transfer. No cash or cheques allowed. Your tryout spot is not confirmed until you have sent your payment. Please send to brown@204volleyball.com
